During the first degree of Reiki, attuned by Yvette Plimmer, your natural healing channel will be opened. Blockages begin to dissolve + your awareness of energy + spirituality expands.
You will learn the classical hand positions of the Usui system to channel universal energy + activate self-healing, for yourself, others, animals + even plants!
In addition, you’ll be introduced to traditional Japanese Reiki techniques such as:
Kenyoku, Scanning, Beaming, Byosen, Gassho, working with chakras + the energy field (aura), as well as other related topics like the law of attraction + the power of thoughts etc.
This course often initiates a deep personal transformation, awakening your spiritual connection + bringing energy into flow.
