The truth is that we need a healthy expression of anger! When we let off some steam, we release tension, reduce stress and gain precious life energy.
Bioenergetic analysis and exercises according to Alexander Lowen give us the tools to understand and work with our anger.

→ In a small group and safe space we'll learn the basic somatic exercises for working with anger. Through expressive practices you'll get in touch with your own anger.
